Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Times
Most orders arrive within 5–10 business days after processing. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier availability. All shipments include tracking – you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order ships.
Shipping Rates
Free shipping on orders over $60. Orders under $60 are subject to a flat-rate shipping fee calculated at checkout.
Discreet Packaging
All orders ship in plain, unmarked packaging – no product names, no branding, no logos visible on the outside. Your privacy matters to us.
International Shipping
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, and Australia. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees – these are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
Delays
While we do our best to meet estimated delivery times – occasional delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, customs processing, or other circumstances outside our control. Velora is not responsible for shipping delays once your order has been handed off to the carrier.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within 15 business days of shipment – contact us at support@usevelora.co and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
