We stand behind every bottle of Velora. If you're not happy with your experience – contact us within 100 days of receiving your order for a full refund. No hassle – no questions asked.
To start a return, contact us at support@usevelora.co with your order number. If your return is accepted – we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Conditions
To be eligible for a return – your item must be sent back in its original packaging. Opened and partially used products are still eligible under our 100-day guarantee. You'll need your order confirmation or proof of purchase.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect – contact us immediately at support@usevelora.co so we can make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you need is to return your current item and place a new order once your return is accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return – we'll notify you whether your refund is approved. If approved – you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval – contact us at support@usevelora.co.
European Union Customers
If your order is shipped to the European Union – you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be in the same condition you received them – in original packaging with proof of purchase.
